Ingredients for Making Easy Shrimp Gum:

500 grams of clean shrimp (without shells and heads)

300 grams of grated or chopped mozzarella cheese

 1 medium onion

 1 ripe tomato

 ½ small red pepper

 2 garlic cloves

 200 grams of cream cheese

 100 milliliters of coconut milk

¼ cup of sauce or tomato paste

 grated parmesan cheese (to taste)

Salt and black pepper to taste)

 green smell (to taste)

 fine herbs (optional)

 1 tablespoon of olive oil

How to Make Easy Shrimp Gum:

Start by separating all the ingredients, remembering that you will need to clean the shrimp beforehand, removing the heads, shells and syrups (which can be used to prepare broths later on).

Tip: If you want, substitute coconut milk for cream.

Heat the olive oil in the pan and saute the onion. Then add the minced garlic and bell pepper, sauteing a little more.

Tip: If you want to leave the dish with a slight spicy touch, try to include a chili pepper minced to the saute.

Add the tomato and shrimp, sauteing for about 5 minutes, until the shrimp are lightly pink.

Add the tomato sauce or extract, salt and pepper, and cook over medium heat for another 2 minutes.

To continue preparing this creamy shrimp, add coconut milk, cream cheese and the chopped green smell. Mix well and cook for a few more minutes.

Add a little more than half of the mozzarella cheese to the pan and stir constantly until the cheese is completely melted.

Remove the shrimp gum from the pan and pour into a serving dish. At this point, this shrimp broth will be very creamy, but it will be even better if you put the rest of the mozzarella cheese on top and put it in a pre-heated oven at 180-200 degrees to brown until lightly browned.

Garnish with chopped parsley and fine herbs if you like and serve right away! Your wonderful easy shrimp gum is ready to be served and enjoyed in the comfort of your home! Serve hot, accompanied by white rice and we hope you like the recipe. Enjoy your food!
